Refund Policy

Returns are available for exchange only and must be sent back within 10 days of original delivery date. Please contact us immediately if you need to exchange your item at hello@thebutterflysocial.com. 

Please note exchanged items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for a returned item.

Custom orders are all hand crafted with love and are final sale.
